Payroll Timecard Completion Information
To ensure prompt and accurate payment to all employees, we require each timecard to be completed in the following manner: - Correct date of employment in correlation to the day worked. - Completion of the "Time Out" and "Time In" areas for lunch breaks. The only time these areas are not to be completed is when the employee does not have a lunch break. - Supervisor signature/initials for all shifts worked in the Approval area or a Supervisor signature at the bottom of the timecard. - Additional Supervisor signature/initials for overtime worked in the OT Approval area. - Employee should arrive at facility at scheduled time of shift. Excessively early arrival should be discussed with supervisor with appropriate approval. Please Note: Although our staffing department will try to rectify incorrect timecards as quickly as possible, payroll may be delayed until the following week if needed information is not received prior to the time that payroll is completed for the week. Reminder: All timecards are to be received in the Brighton office by 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
