Mail or Pickup Paycheck

To facilitate prompt receipt of your paycheck, you have the option of having it mailed or picking it up at the Brighton office on Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.  If you have your check mailed and you request a stop payment, or if you pick up your check then misplace it, there will be a $27.00 fee for the cost of the stop payment.  Checks will be mailed by 5:00 p.m. every Wednesday. 

A new form must be signed if you change your decision at a later date.
