Direct Deposit

 Enjoy the convenience of having your paycheck deposited automatically by INNOVATIONS to either your checking or savings account.  You’ll receive a pay stub from INNOVATIONS to let you know your account has been credited.  It will be mailed by 5 p.m. every Friday. To sign up, simply complete the Direct Deposit Application below.  When you have entered all the information, click on Submit to send to the payroll department.  Please allow 2 to 4 weeks to process your direct deposit application.   A new form may be filled out if you change your mind at a later date.

Please note that your paycheck must be deposited in its entirety into one account only.  Check with your financial institution for internal transfer requests.  Your institution may also offer other benefits when signing up for direct payroll deposit, such as free checking, low interest rate loans, extra interest on savings, discounts on safety deposit box and various other services.  First of America, 1^st National Bank, and Standard Federal are a just few of the banks that offer such services.   Please check with your institution.
