 INNOVATIONS Private Duty program is designed to assist clients of all ages with daily care needs in the privacy
and comfort of their own homes. We also provide light housekeeping, respite care and companionship. INNOVATIONS Registered Nurses
provide Health and Independence Assessments, Care Planning, Care Coordination with physicians, therapists, and pharmacists and community resources. Our professional nurses also provide
home Infusion therapy, wound care and other physician prescribed nursing services. The Private Duty program currently offered throughout Livingston County and in surrounding Wayne,
Oakland and Washtenaw Counties promotes independence and self-assurance.
