- All staffing personnel is eligible to enroll during open enrollment
periods (January & July) after one year of service and 1,000 hours.
- Eligible for rollover option upon date of hire.
Staff that exercise this rollover option are eligible to participate in
401k immediately.
- Staff member contribution up to 15% of salary.
- Discretionary Employer Match contribution up
to 50% of the first 6% of staff
contribution.
- Fully vested after three years of service of 1,000
hours.
