in out efforts to ensure the competencies and qualifications of each of our
employees. Health Care INNOVATIONS
contractually commits to all of the following:

Rigorous and thorough
screening/pre-employment verification.

Thorough maintenance of files containing:

Valid nursing license for the state in
which the work will be performed.

Proof of certification (BCLS, ACLS, PALS,
NALS, CCRN, etc.)

Photocopy of driver's license/picture
ID., and social security card.

Proof of negative TB test within the last
year, or form/x-ray for positive test candidates.

Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination,
positive Hepatitis B titer or documented decline of the vaccination series.

Two letters of reference from supervisors
or colleagues, or documentation on reference checks.

Skills checklist for area of expertise

Annual OSHA competency testing

All acute care candidates must pass a
written competency exam (BKAT or NLN) in their area of expertise with a
minimum overall score of 90%.
